Declare
Declare™ was created by the ILIF as an answer to the call for a “library of compliant Living Building Challenge products”. Widely regarded as the world's most rigorous building certification, the LBC's red list and how it pertains to Declare, plays a critical role in a manufacturer's ability to be specified on LBC projects.
A Greener Space has consulted manufacturers the world over for their Declare labels and has successfully submitted more than a dozen labels since the program's inception in multiple languages including Mandarin and Japanese. A Greener Space is one of only three approved third-party assessors qualified by the ILFI for Declare verification.

HPD
Created by the Health Product Declaration Collaborative™ (HPDC), A Health Product Declaration™ (HPD) is a transparency report that documents the contents and ingredients of a building product along with associated health information.
A Greener Space has reviewed and submitted HPDs on behalf of manufacturers since the program launched its first version at Greenbuild in 2011 and was part of the pilot review for the current version 2.0.

C2C Certification™
Cradle to Cradle, or C2C, is perhaps one of the most well-known and identifiable product certifications. A collaboration between William McDonough, author of the seminal book “Cradle to Cradle” and Michael Braungart, full C2C certification is a means for manufacturers to communicate their work towards chemically-optimized products and ongoing improvements.
A Greener Space can help educate and direct your team towards your C2C goals, lending critical advise as to your product's viability as a contender for the C2C program.
C2C Material Health Certification™
Introduced just two years ago, the C2C Material Health Certificate uses the same assessment methodology of the Cradle to Cradle Certified Product Standard but focuses on the Material Health category alone.
A Greener Space will be your partner in success and ensure you understand how to best meet the requirements of the Material Health certification.

EPDs
An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), or Type III Environmental Label, is a comprehensive, internationally-harmonized report based on ISO 14040 and 14044 standards. Introduced as a means to rid the industry of unconfirmed, unsubstantiated "green" claims, EPDs focus on the environmental impacts a product has during its life, including raw material extraction, production, use, and end of life.
A Greener Space has deep understanding and experience with the EPD process, including selection and management of international teams. A Greener Space authored two EPDs for one of the world's largest manufacturers of resilient flooring which also was one of the first EPDs in China to use regionalized data in its LCA.
A Greener Space has also advised on the development of two globally-recognized PCRs.
